  We really didn't want to share our bad experiences for last few months. We hoped that it will change but then it just got worsen all coming from the store manager . She is very under staffed, yelling her barista and you can see she is very rude to them too and the customers . We were very regular at this place . But now so are other people aren't coming back here because of the new manager . since she come all hell loose . One thing that stands out is she is very very argumentative, mean very . And you can see she is very uncomfortable with costumers and even her baristas ... I guess Starbuck don't care about there costumers who spend so much money , who is loyal come here to enjoy the coffee . I hate to see manager like that . I just wonder what the baristas are doing about it , have to deal someone like that . I'm costumer so I'm going to speak up my experience since I can't get fire of speaking up .I went this store many time . It was our regular store for yrs. so last week i come with my coworkers and my husband. The manager Jessica when she was taking our order itself halfway, ** she went to brew some coffee even without telling us. She came back and said nothing .. While taking our orders I find she being upset and rude with us ,unable to judge at that time. I took it easy. Then order placed, we were asked to wait for few minutes. We Waited and waited, watching ** doing some coffee making process. We got the tea ordered, waited again, but never got the coffee ,cookies and scones. Again we waited. Customers who came after us were served, So I went to the counter and told about the wait.
  It seems to be she is the manager for the store. I told her about the wait. She immediately said money can be refunded if you like in loud rude voice and she showed rude attitude her eyes were rolling to show us that we're nothing .She did not bother to hear anything we have to say and immediately told me about the refund. I said "why do I need to wait this long, to get a refund. We come here. To get something " We felt that manager Jessica ( is her name )reply, action were more super rude than **. I did tell the manager lady, "if it is me I would just walk out. As my husband and coworker are waiting, I want to get the coffee, breakfast cookies, etc for them ." Before my work day started when we go to places like this to relax or buy breakfast, before our the day started and have some coffee, by these actions especially a store manager ,this person she ruined our precious time and mood. We have noticed she is very inpatient with the costumers since she come to this store. We got used it before her the manager that was there . He was kind genuinely friendly. This new manager she can be very very very arguable, rude , you can see she is very tense and not so friendly . Better watch out she is argumentative rude and she may ruins your day if she took your order or makes your coffee and try not to complain with her she do not handle that well with complaints!! . We aren't coming back agian to this location . It's been a long few months since she is been here and keep ruining our orders every morning

  My husband and I weren't on happy terms today, and he wanted to bless me by getting me my favorite, Starbucks. And I always get almond milk due to my dairy allergy, and the lady name was Jessica said "Okay, great. Almond milk. No problem." She didn't. And I'm paying the very painful consequences. If you want to keep clientele, TRAIN HER BETTER PLEASE. When my husband call back she said that she was the Mananger of the location and she yelled us .Passive-aggressive manager at this location
