  If you're a tourist it's worth a stop at this unique bar and restaurant in the heart of the gaslamp. The service and food have gone downhill over the years but they still pour a perfect pint.

  There has friendly, nice atmosphere. But when I go there in my first time it was too crowded. And my beer was like tea.

  Waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Irish stew was reported to be good by one of the party. The balance of the guests had items that were deep fried accompanied by French fries. It tasted like all of the fried items had been cooked before hand and microwaved.....including the French fries !!! The dishes were on our table within 10 minutes of ordering which would qualify our suspicion of microwaved taste. We told our waitress of our disappointment but that was where it stopped. Had I been the chef, I would have been out to discuss it with the patrons. Would I eat here again - no - would I have a drink here again - yes - the Guinness was poured well and the shots were decent measures. Too bad because the decor and atmosphere were pretty authentically Irish.
